We ship this product Australia wide, however, it does require long term storage in a freezer, on arrival. Extended time out of a freezer will decrease the shelf life.

Have only been making cheese for a very short time, and Lipase wasnt available. - Covid of course. It really has made a different taste, and more like my favourite Feta. Simple to use and I will endeavour to always have available in the future.
