These hoops are 100 mm wide, & 100 mm high. Four of these hoops are required when making Camembert with a 4 litre batch of milk.

Plastic items should not be sterilised by immersion in boiling water, but rinsed with boiling water, to prevent warping. A sterilising solution can also be used, but must be fully rinsed off.
