Just made my first batch using Green Livings Kefir Culture & was impressed. I have an adjustable Temperature Yoghurt Maker & set it at 30 degrees for 24 hours after reading Green Livings information sheets I wanted to get a good & strong dose of gut bacteria & a stronger flavour. The Kefir was great almost as thick as custard & with a great flavour, what more could you ask for?

Would never have bothered making Kefir without this product. The coconut water is amazing as is the milk version. I have milk at night and coconut in the morning. Keep up the great stuff.
