These Australian Clays can be used to colour soaps, make face masks, and work wonderfully in mineral makeups.

Basic Blush Recipe

Great for every day wear. You can add extra iron oxide to darken for deeper skin tones or additional silk mica for a translucent effect.

Ingredients:

• 1 teaspoon kaolin clay
• 1 and a half teaspoons silk mica
• 1/4 teaspoon silver white mica
• 1/64 to 1/32 teaspoon red iron oxide
• 1/16 teaspoon ruby rose mica or hot pink mica

Sparkly Blush Recipe

Perfect for going out or for more outgoing personalities that love a dash of glitter!

Ingredients:

• 1 teaspoon kaolin clay
• 1 teaspoon silk mica
• 1/2 teaspoon silver white mica
• 1/32 teaspoon red iron oxide
• 1/16 teaspoon ruby rose mica or hot pink mica

Directions:

• Measure out ingredients using mini measuring spoons.
• Mix all ingredients in a spice grinder for 1 minute or place into a plastic bag and blend together using your fingers for 5 minutes.
• Place in a sifter jar and apply with a blush or kabuki brush to cheeks.
