Refund Calculation Policy

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we strive to provide a fair and transparent refund policy. Please read the following refund calculation policy carefully.

Refund Policy Overview:

1. No Refund Without Prior Notice: A refund will only be considered if a cancellation request is submitted with a minimum of 72 hours (3 days) notice before the scheduled event or service.

2. Refund Calculation: If a cancellation is made within the specified 72-hour window, a refund will be processed based on the following calculation:

   • Full Refund: If the cancellation is made more than 72 hours before the scheduled event or service.
   • No Refund: If the cancellation is made within 72 hours or less of the scheduled event or service.

How to Request a Refund: To initiate a refund request, please contact our customer service team at sales@greenlivingaustralia.com.au. Requests must be made in writing and include the following information:

• Your full name
• Date and details of the event or service
• Reason for cancellation

Refund Processing:

1. Full Refund: If eligible for a full refund, the entire amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method within three business days.

2. No Refund: If the cancellation is made within 72 hours of the scheduled event or service, no refund will be issued.

Exceptions: In exceptional circumstances, such as documented emergencies or unavoidable situations, the organiser may consider refund requests made within the 72-hour window. Each case will be reviewed individually, and a decision will be made at the organiser's discretion.
