Mesophilic MO-030 Culture 12 Dose Sachet #1066

Considering the larger sachet size for the MO 036 Culture, this will make up to 120 cheeses, BUT the MO 030 is in a smaller size sachet. The MO 030 is used for Bondon and Feta cheeses, so you may wish to add an extra of these. Each extra sachet will allow you to make 12 more cheeses with Rennet and Calcium Chloride you already have in the kit.
