My name is Valerie, welcome to our family website.
GreenLivingAustralia.com is dedicated to the future, -- the future of my country, my world, my family, and your's. One of our first steps towards living better and greener was to plant our own "vegie patch" to enjoy great home grown food. We are big fans of "Home Preserving" using both our own crops and seasonal produce bought when cheap and plentifull. We are also recently became interested in making our own cheeses, and soaps, and to do so, as naturally and green as possible. |

There are many "green issues" that effect us directly in our own homes, from chemical sensitivity & food allergies to water quality & conservation and more.
There are so many more problems of a national and even global level that we often feel overwhelmed, and we feel that we can't make a difference, but we can.
A big journey is started with one small step, do your small part everyday towards a better, greener, world, and perhaps we will have a better place to hand on to our children and their children.
To make our green journey easier we chose to start in the home, with things that directly effected us, like our allergies, or with things we enjoy, like cooking and eating.
